Loch Fyne is best known for its delicious seafood including oysters and mussels and its smoked salmon but the menu is varied including hot and cold dishes and options for vegetarians and diners who would prefer a meat dish are available.

3 Hintlesham Hall Hotel

Places to eat in Ipswich - Hintlesham HallThis Grade 1 listed Elizabethan building nestles in 175 acres of Suffolk countryside to the West of Ipswich. It has been embellished over the years and especially notable is its eye-catching Georgian façade.

Inside there are three dining rooms, the largest of which is the Salon. Head chef, Alan Ford, uses quality ingredients and creates a menu which will appeal both to gourmet diners and the health conscious.

The wine list is impressive with 350 bins from across the world and includes an impressive selection of half bottles.
