Experience a menu of exclusively Wild, Organic and Local produce with a contemporary Scottish twist.
Our chefs are born locally and have been trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School near Cork in Ireland. The school is on an organic farm and has a philosophy of using fresh seasonal ingredients to provide more nutritious and ecologically produced food.
We are continually evolving our techniques and developing relationships with local growers.
