Welcome to the Hamble Sports Complex web feature! Our new £3 million sports complex has a superb range of quality facilities on offer to offer you!

Our world-class Fitness Suite is fitted out with world-class equipment – Life Fitness™ are acknowledged as world leaders in the design and manufacture of fitness equipment, and our Fitness Suite uses their products throughout!

If you enjoy exercise classes, then visit our Dance / Movement Studio which is mirrored entirely along one wall. The floor is made from sprung wood and is fully underfloor heated! A large storage area off the main room holds mats and equipment that can be used for exercising. Also available is a stereo with CD / Tape / Radio feeds and a microphone which the Instructor can use to talk over the music with.

Our newly refurbished, tiled, 20-metre, 4-lane Swimming Pool is the perfect place to swim! The deep end of the pool is 1.97 meters deep and the shallow end is 1.2 metres deep, and there is a fully qualified RLSS Pool Lifeguard on duty at all times. The changing rooms are fully fitted with lockers (£1 coin, returned) and there is a disabled changing room and a baby changing area too.

In addition our complex has a brand new Sports Hall features sprung wooden flooring and under-floor heating! It can accommodate either 4 badminton courts, 4 table-tennis courts, 4 short-tennis courts, 1 full-sized basketball court, 1 full-sized netball court or 1 full-sized volleyball court. It can also be set up for indoor cricket (with cricket nets).

If you enjoy a spot of relaxation, schedule time for a visit to our Nordic™ time & temperature controlled pine steam sauna. It can house up to 10 people. It is a mixed sauna, so suitable swimwear must be worn at all times. A shower located 5 paces outside the sauna is available for cooling down both during and after a sauna session. There are chairs to sit and cool down on afterwards, and ambient lighting inside the sauna to help you relax.

Outside we have a range of pitches for hire including one Astro Turf pitch suitble for hockey or football.

For easy access, we have a large car park with an overflow facility for especially busy times.
