Description
The Quays Swimming and Diving Complex is located in the heart of Southampton city centre. Facilities include a diving pool which has a movable floor that enables the depth to change. This flexibility enables the pool to host swimming lessons, diving lessons, aqua fit sessions and training courses.
The fun pool has a beach entrance which slopes gradually into the water. The waterfall and fountains are safe and fun, while for the more confident swimmers there is a flume, whirlpool and many other exciting water features that will keep you entertained.
The centre also has a 25 metre national short course championship pool, which is divided into 8 lanes and is perfect for a relaxing swim. The pool is used by the City of Southampton Swim Club, Water Polo Club and Go Swim Lessons as well as hosting many swimming events on a regular basis.
Monday to Friday: 7am - 9.30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9am - 6pm
Bank Holidays: 9.30am - 4.30pm
