Merlot Brasserie is a contemporary restaurant in central Cheltenham serving fine modern cuisine, with a constantly changing menu. We are close to the Everyman Theatre.
Merlot is a well-designed hunk of a modern restaurant in the heart of the Town Centre, and certainly proves to be a hot spot for the culinary perfectionists.
Once inside it is even more impressive – rich brown leather seating, beautiful polished wooden
floors, and soft atmospheric lighting. Very romantic. If you’re not that hungry when you arrive, you will be when the scent of Merlot’s modern cuisine drifts from the kitchens. It might be the beautifully presented pan flashed scallops sizzling, handmade pasta steaming, before transformation into Fettuccini, or a mouth watering Chargrilled ground steak encased in toasted Ciabatta bread.
