Liz and I are proud of our guest house, where there is always a warm and friendly welcome.
We are ideally located in West Edinburgh on the Queensferry Road ( A90 ) with easy access to the city centre ( 1 mile ), There is an excellent bus service from our front door to the centre of Edinburgh.
Prices are 25 - 35 GBP per person per night sharing a double or twin room and 35 - 60 GBP for single occupancy of double room.
